So healthy challenge is a 7 day training and diet program, to find motivation to exercise and eat healthy, calmness, balance, good mood and better sleep. You will reduce and eliminate back pain, learn techniques to strengthen and stretch your body at home, from anywhere in the world.
You will find here:
- Simple exercises at home for beginners: Pilates, yoga for stress, stretching and healthy spine.
- Healthy, simple and tasty recipes arranged in a complete menu, with a printout on the fridge and shopping list.
- Incentive program and group support. Visible results after a few days.
- 7 different workouts, up to 30 minutes a day, without fancy accessories. All you need is a mat / blanket and a belt.
- Access to the platform for 4 months.
